Arvis - Croft NSO Medium and Heavy Duty

The Arvis Croft NSO Medium and Heavy Duty plummer blocks provide robust shaft support, outstanding durability and easy maintenance for demanding industrial applications. They have a fully split cast iron housing with precision-machined gunmetal inserts and are ideal for machinery operating under medium to high radial loads.

Medium or Heavy Duty

The range is available in two versions. Medium-duty units have gunmetal bearings 1½ shaft diameters long, while heavy-duty units have inserts of 2 shaft diameters. The greater bearing length provides better load distribution, more shaft stability and higher wear resistance under demanding conditions.

Sizes and Maintenance

The Croft NSO range is available with a wide choice of bore sizes for shaft diameters from 25 to 200 mm (1″ to 8″). The fully split housing and replaceable inserts allow worn bearing shells to be replaced without removing the shaft or dismantling surrounding machinery. Replacement shells are available from stock. Angled versions are also available for inclined shaft installations.
