Arvis - Steel 2 Bolt Flange Units

The Arvis Steel 2 Bolt Flange Units are heavy-duty flange bearing units made from high-strength steel for applications where cast iron housings fail quickly. They withstand shock loads, vibration, overload and impact, and are a direct replacement for cast iron 2-bolt flange units.

Compact and Strong

The compact two-bolt mounting provides secure shaft support where installation space is limited. You get the strength of steel without the unit taking up more space. The steel construction does not crack or deform like brittle cast iron, limiting unexpected failures and maintenance costs.

Installation and Versions

The units are compatible with standard self-aligning bearing inserts, which accommodate shaft misalignment and ensure smooth operation. They are available complete with bearing inserts or as a housing only, for both new machinery and maintenance or retrofit. The range includes the SFT, MSFT and UCFL 200 series; custom versions, including self-lubricating designs, are available on request.
