Arvis - Steel 4 Bolt Flange Housings

The Arvis Steel 4 Bolt Flange Housings are purpose-built for demanding industrial applications where cast iron housings cannot withstand the operating conditions. They are made from high-strength steel and offer high resistance to shock loads, vibration, overload and impact.

Stable with Four Bolts

Four-bolt mounting provides more stability and better load distribution than a two-bolt design. This makes these flange housings ideally suited to heavy-duty applications with continuous operation and dynamic loading. They retain their structural integrity even where cast iron would crack under repeated impact and vibration.

Installation and Versions

The housings replace standard cast iron self-aligning housings with minimal modification. They are compatible with self-aligning bearing inserts that accommodate misalignment, and are available complete with inserts or as a housing only. The range includes the SF, MSF and UCF 200 series; Arvis also makes custom versions on request, including self-lubricating designs.

The Arvis Steel 4 Bolt Flange Housings are used in mining, quarrying, aggregate processing, recycling, cement production, marine, steel plants, bulk material handling and agriculture, for both replacements and new installations.
